Mark Lipschultz is legal counsel for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Lipschultz was a real estate partner in Kirkland and Ellis’s Miami office, where he represented REITs, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds in all aspects of the real estate transaction process including acquisition and disposition, financing, project management.
Lipschultz earned a B.A. cum laude from Georgetown University in Government and History (honors distinction) and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Lipschultz is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Florida.
