Jacob Fierman is associate legal counsel for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Fierman was an associate for Akerman LLP, where he counseled developers, institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with real estate matters including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial and residential real estate assets. In addition, Fierman represented community, regional and national institutional lenders in construction and permanent loan transactions secured by commercial and residential real property.
Fierman earned a B.S. from the University of Florida, and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Fierman is admitted to practice law in Florida.
