Lauren Swanson is a legal counsel for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Swanson was an associate at top Am Law 100 firms, responsible for working with developers, and institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with real estate matters including the acquisition, development, leasing and construction of commercial and residential real estate assets.
Swanson earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado, and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. Swanson is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia.
