Steven Czurlanis is legal counsel for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Czurlanis spent over eight years working as a real estate associate at top law firms in New York, representing institutional clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and financings.
Czurlanis earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from Fordham University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
