Laura Mason

Laura Mason is a senior associate for Kayne Anderson’s growth capital strategies, responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and assisting with the monitoring of portfolio companies and deal execution.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Mason worked at Invicta Growth, a venture fund focused on growth-stage technology investments. Prior thereto, Mason held positions at a New York-based multi-family office and in the financial services consulting group at Ernst & Young.

Mason earned a B.S. in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
