Laura Mason is a senior associate for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ growth capital strategies where she is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and assisting with the monitoring of portfolio companies and deal execution.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Mason worked at Invicta Growth, a venture fund focused on growth-stage technology investments. Prior thereto, she held positions at a New York-based multi-family office and Ernst & Young in the financial services consulting group.
Mason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
