Darren Sloniger is a senior managing director on the multifamily housing team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group. Sloniger is responsible for overseeing investments and operations for all multifamily assets.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Sloniger spent 23 years as a Developer and Principal/Owner, President, and CEO of a vertically integrated real estate firm where he oversaw more than $2B in value-add acquisitions and completed more than $1B in ground-up development, including six projects with Kayne Anderson over the past decade.
