Carley Wayne is a vice president on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for analyzing, underwriting, structuring, and performing due diligence on potential lending investment opportunities for the debt platform.
Prior to Joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Wayne worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, most recently as a vice president in the commercial mortgage lending group, underwriting senior mortgage loans collateralized by U.S. commercial real estate.
Wayne earned a B.S.E. with a major in Industrial and Operations Engineering and minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Wayne is a CFA® charterholder.
