Colin Lee is a director on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing the portfolio of commercial real estate debt.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Lee spent nearly three years as managing director at New Gable Capital, overseeing real estate lending activities. Prior to New Gable Capital, Lee spent more than five years as a senior associate at Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: “STWD”) underwriting, and asset managing commercial real estate debt investments. Lee began his career as an analyst at Rialto Capital focusing on CMBS investments.
Lee earned a B.B.A with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
