Shawyan Ahmadian is an associate on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for asset management, portfolio surveillance, and risk management.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Ahmadian was the team lead of KeyBank’s special servicing department. Specifically, Ahmadian led a team that focused on non-/performing loan workouts and restructuring, due diligence of new issuance CMBS, and portfolio surveillance.
Ahmadian earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kansas.
