Anthony (“AJ”) Janowski is a senior associate on the investor relations and marketing teams for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for market and sector research initiatives which support capital raising and marketing goals.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Janowski spent two years at Harrison Street as an analyst on the research team, supporting investment and market analysis as well as writing whitepapers across the firm’s targeted alternative sectors. Most recently, Janowski spent two years at Blackstone on their Institutional Client Solutions team working across their institutional real estate products, with a focus on opportunistic funds.
Janowski earned a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Corporate Strategy and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
