Claire Benken is a vice president and product specialist for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for supporting capital raising, client servicing, and marketing initiatives across Kayne’s real estate equity and debt products. Benken also focuses on sourcing, developing, and managing client relationships across the consultant and institutional investor community.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Benken was at IPI Partners, responsible for investor relations and capital solutions initiatives, including managing limited partner and consultant relationships, leading due diligence processes, and supporting fundraising processes. Prior to IPI Partners, Benken was at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, supporting capital raising and portfolio management efforts. Benken’s career began at LaSalle Investment Management on the asset management team, working across traditional real estate sectors, various funds, and separately managed accounts.
Benken earned a B.B.A in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
