Nathan Locke is a managing partner and co-portfolio manager for Kayne Anderson’s growth capital and secondaries strategies. Locke is responsible for playing a pro-active leadership role in identifying investment themes, developing actionable new investment opportunities, deal execution and creating value within existing business portfolio companies. During his time at Kayne Anderson, Locke has helped raise over $700 million in commitments and achieved 16 realizations (10 companies) since inception.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2008, Locke worked as a senior analyst on the finance team of Romney for President Inc. and as the controller for The Commonwealth Political Action Committees.
Locke earned a B.S. magna cum laude in Finance from the University of Utah.
