Joseph Pitagora is a consultant for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for assisting the creation of ESG processes, managing strategic projects, and due diligence for acquisitions and developments.
Prior to this role as a consultant, Pitagora was a senior project manager for Kayne Anderson’s design and construction group, spearheading the technical building due diligence for acquisitions and developments across both debt and equity investment platforms. Pitagora also completed critical capital improvement projects, and processed payment requisitions for developments. Pitagora previously worked at Ashforth Properties Construction as an assistant project manager for the following sectors: high end residential, multifamily, office, country clubs, public work, and sports complexes.
Pitagora received a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University.
