Farah Wafa is a development accountant on the design & construction team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for financial oversight on new development, renovation, and capital improvement funding requests.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Wafa was a project accountant at The Kolter Group where she recorded daily financial transactions, maintained and reconciled general cost ledgers, and processed financial statements for all assigned projects on a month-end and annual basis. Additionally, Wafa processed pay applications, and financial and legal invoices for her assigned projects.
Wafa earned her BBA in Accounting as well as her Master of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University.
