Tyler Pritchard is an analyst on the student housing and multifamily team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for analysis, underwriting, and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Pritchard spent a year as an investment sales associate in West LA assisting in deal analysis, underwriting, and transaction duties. More recently, Pritchard was a production analyst at Freddie Mac, assisting in managing the pipeline of multifamily loans annually.
Pritchard earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a graduate certificate in human resources law and compliance from the University of Southern California.
