Sean O’Keeffe is an analyst on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for performing due diligence, underwriting, analyzing potential lending opportunities, and operations.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, O’Keeffe interned at many commercial real estate companies, including CBRE as a business analyst and Stonemont Financial Group as a development intern. Most recently, O’Keeffe was an applied research assistant for the University of Florida’s Kelley A. Bergstrom Real Estate Center, responsible for writing articles for their publication Due Diligence, focusing on industrial outdoor storage and public and private REIT returns and volume during recessionary periods.
O’Keeffe earned a B.A. in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate and a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
