Ryan Saunders is an associate on the seniors housing team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting and execution of acquisitions and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of seniors housing properties.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Saunders spent four years as a FP&A associate at Welltower where he budgeted, analyzed, and reported on the company’s healthcare real estate portfolio. At Welltower, Saunders also participated in capital allocation processes and asset management initiatives. Most recently, Saunders spent two years with Northmarq’s Institutional Advisors Group (IAG) as a member of its investment sales team.
Saunders earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida.
