Matt Barbabella is general counsel for Kayne Anderson.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2013, Barbabella practiced corporate law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on securities and corporate governance matters.
Barbabella earned a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale College in 2005 and a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2010.
