Mark Mangilit is a senior vice president for Kayne Anderson, responsible for trade and portfolio compliance and other compliance projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, Mangilit was a compliance manager for the chief investment officer of the University of California in Oakland. Prior to that, Mangilit was a compliance manager at Passport Capital and a vice president in the compliance group of BlackRock.
Mangilit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California and a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
