Lydia Long is an analyst for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for underwriting, performing due diligence, and analyzing potential investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Long interned as a summer analyst in real estate debt funds including Mack Real Estate Group and Oaktree Capital Management. At Oaktree, Long gained experience in underwriting multifamily, hotels, and data center deals.
Long earned a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
