Kevin Barry is an associate on the acquisitions team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential equity investment opportunities and assisting in the execution of property acquisitions and development.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Barry was an acquisitions associate at Equity Resource Investments (ERI), responsible for underwriting and assisting in the execution of workforce housing and industrial investments. Prior to ERI, Barry was a capital markets analyst at JLL, responsible for underwriting and marketing debt and equity investments across property types.
Barry earned a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College.
