Jake Burnett is an analyst on the acquisitions team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential equity investment opportunities and assisting in the execution of property acquisitions and development.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Burnett worked as a senior analyst for CapRidge Partners. Burnett was involved in deal sourcing, financial modeling, managing due diligence, creating investment memos and asset management of the existing portfolio.
Burnett earned a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
