Jacqueline (“Jackie”) Megenis is a vice president on the capital markets team within Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing financing and debt instruments across real estate’s opportunistic and core equity strategies.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Megenis was a vice president on the CMBS capital markets team at J.P. Morgan in New York. In this role, Megenis focused on commercial real estate debt financing and the securitization across asset classes with varying cash flow profiles. Megenis specialized in agency CMBS and CRE CLO transactions on behalf of various debt funds, mortgage REITs and hedge funds. Megenis began her career at KPMG supporting clients through the CMBS securitization process.
Megenis holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
