Gregory Robinson is an analyst on the student and multifamily housing team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for supporting the asset management team with analysis, underwriting, property management oversight and execution of investment strategies.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Robinson spent two years at Lloyd Jones as an analyst on the senior housing team, assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and acquisition process across the firm’s targeted alternative sectors. Most recently, Robinson spent a year overseeing the disposition of a portion of Lloyd Jones’ multifamily portfolio and the management of 2,000 units comprised of market rate and affordable product.
Robinson earned a B.A. in Economics from Florida International University.
