Gerald Marquis is a managing director on the design and construction team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for managing construction and development projects.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2015, Marquis was an estimator and assistant project manager at Swinerton Builders in Seattle, WA, where he was part of key wins on both private and federal work while assisting with operations of ongoing projects. He previously worked at Shaw Construction in Grand Junction, CO as a project engineer and assistant project manager; Multi-Phase Building Specialties in East Hampton, CT; Old New England Construction in Medway, MA and Gilbane Building Company in Providence, RI.
Marquis earned a B.S. in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
