Daila Marlette is an assistant vice president for Kayne Anderson’s human resources team, specializing in talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Marlette worked as an executive recruiter at Korn Ferry, a global, executive search firm with corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. Prior to her tenure at Korn Ferry, Marlette served in a number of roles at Huron Consulting Group, a management consulting firm, including corporate recruiter, talent sourcer, quality, training, and development senior project associate, onboarding specialist, and partner relations coordinator. Marlette started her career as an account executive at Gannett, the largest U.S. newspaper publisher.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of West Florida, she brings a holistic understanding of business principles to her talent acquisition and human resources strategies.
