Cody Andreasen is a project manager on the design and construction team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for project management of new deals and capital projects.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Andreasen was a project manager at CBRE, working on the corporate real estate account for Florida Power & Light. Andreasen previously worked as a project manager for Stillwater G.C. in Texas, overseeing ground-up multifamily projects, and as a senior project engineer for Balfour Beatty Construction U.S. supporting multifamily and Class A office projects. Andreasen’s experience also includes construction of three greenfield data centers in Arizona, Virginia, and Utah.
Andreasen earned a B.S. in Construction Management, with a minor in Business Management, from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Andreasen is also a LEED AP.
