Ann Reckelhoff is a senior project manager on the design and construction team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for project management of new developments and capital improvements of existing assets.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2025, Reckelhoff spent 14 years at Marquette Management, managing site acquisition, design programming, entitlements, construction oversight, and brand development for numerous new development projects throughout the Midwest. Reckelhoff’s expertise lies in orchestrating complex development processes—from due diligence through lease-up—and aligning stakeholders across architecture, construction, and operations.
Reckelhoff holds a B.S. in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Indiana University.
