Andy Wedderburn-Maxwell

Managing Director, Private Credit

Andy Wedderburn-Maxwell is a managing director for Kayne Anderson’s BDCs.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Wedderburn-Maxwell served as managing director at Palmer Square Capital Management. Prior to that, Wedderburn-Maxwell spent 15-years on Wall Street in an investment banking career that included Lehman Brothers, Citi and Wells Fargo.

Wedderburn-Maxwell earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School Management.
