Alex Fodor is a director on the debt team for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group, responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and analyzing potential direct lending investment opportunities for the debt platform.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Fodor had over 10 years of real estate experience, most recently as an AVP at Torchlight Investors, where he focused on high yield debt and equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining Torchlight Investors in 2018, Fodor worked in the commercial real estate finance group for both Natixis and Deutsche Bank. He was previously a financial analyst at LNR Property, LLC.
Fodor earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
